AH I've had the biggest art block ever. I was actually planning to paint another character from Zelda: Skyward Sword, but I ended up painting Midna instead
The last time I drew Midna was when I was 14, and it looked terrible. So I hope I did her justice this time since she's my favourite Zelda character. The ending in the game made me so sad~

Fantastic picture ! The reference used was Midna from the 25th Anniversary Poster, right? I recognize the position of the character, the colors, even the textures. I really like how you completely changed her attitude here, in the poster she's defiant and sassy, here she's sad and serious. I remember my first drawing of Midna (and one of my first drawings ever) was also based on the poster, except it was such a fail that I deleted it. That's why I recognized the reference so easily

I got it a few weeks or months ago but I had played it on the wii{which I hadn't beat on it} and I'm at the twil's world or whatever they're called.

Whoa I only played it on gamecube~ If I can remember, I think you're like two thirds through the game maybe.

mah wii vision of TP is ok only thing different from the Gcube version is with some weapons you don't go into first person and the game is mirror from the Gcube version that's what different and I don't the skyward sword looks dumb but it's ment to be a prequel to OOT somehow.

That's beautiful! I really love the colors on this! The blue glow combined with the warm colors on the background makes for a great contrast, and I love her markings! You did an excellent job on Midna too, all the details are perfect and her face looks great. Nice work

My mind just blew up from the color pallette you used. the awesome...is radiating from this peice. the blues are simply divine, and I feel as though I can reach out and touch her runes. Stunning work. definitely being one of my favorite midna true form pictures. I hardly like her true form being drawn because many people do not draw her so beautifully.
