Description LOOOOK SHEEDAR Be proud of me. Look at my fail attempt to Light it LOOK AT IT hahaha

Anyways, despite my terrible attempt to light this drawing digitally, I'm actually immensely proud of the background. Granted, most of it is just water, but I've always struggled with drawing water. And than to actually make it look transparent!?!? Very happy Chem right now

So this is Jacey and Charlie at the beach. I wonder why?
lol, besides drawing her character swimsuit additions lol.
I was struggling with ideas on what they could be doing, even though me and sheedar had made a short list of beach activities. One of them was swimming. So I figured i'd just give that a whirl, even though I knew I'd have to work hard at trying to make them look underwater. So I started ti Charlie, kinda hanging out there. and an idea popped into my head
Maybe they were diving for sea shells And looking for cool shells. Or maybe Jacey wanted to make some sea-shell necklaces for their group (Because everybody in Skytown is at the beach today! lol ) So she dragged Charlie away from his chair to help her out So he finds this cool shell and shows it to her and she gets all excited

You can, but this IS a picture from 3 years ago so I definitely see a lot of areas in need of work! haha. I actually re-did it like a year ago. Which even that one now could use some work.

yeah it was difficult for me to do any effects because this was pre-tablet thanks for the suggestion! I really HAVE been meaning to work with water and figure it out recently, I just need the time.

the one I got is a small wacom intuos 4 and cost me a little over 100$. So 2 yrs ago when I wasn't making a lot of money. Yeah it was a lot then because I had other expenses. Which, I STILL would consider not cheap.

1) didn't you read sheedar's updated FAQ's journal? Day is not a couple But yeah, very good buddies Despite Bo's efforts, who wants to see them together
2) Bo is another friend, whom I assume Jacey mostly got to know through Charlie, because Charlie and Bo are besties. And they've got their own little friendship rivalry going on They take bets and tease eachother

Hmmmm... Jacey moved to the area when she was about six So she was there first (You'll know why when I finish her bio )
