You know, I've been thinking...
DEF 1 doesn't mean that he has 1 HP, it just means he doesn't have very much resistance to damage.
He might have more than just one HP, he would still have low HP though.
It's just that at the end of a Genocide run, you have so much ATK that no matter how much HP he had, he would die in one hit anyways.
So yeah. It's just a theory though, don't hate me for it please
