It's not easy I understand, because the elongated legs of many large animals (dogs, horses, etc) are made up by the ankle. Humans don't have that so when you do something like this, it always feels like you've made them much longer than the body.
One idea is to straighten them or shorten the limb elements.

Option A seems like the best of both worlds (animal without looking "stumpy"), so I'd stick with that. She looks really cool, btw ^_^

I'd stick with the animal legs or try a centaur body. Anything to make her look like more then just another animal eared human.

The animalistic legs look really cool on her, actually, accents the character much more than just a human with tails stuck on to it. .-. And like jenna-aw said, it does make her look powerful, too~
