Morgan's Hill, Wiltshire.Taken during a gentle stroll just before sunset last week. The partial rainbow must have stayed there for at least half an hour... yet it didn't rain where I was.

I find it a very peacful place. The area is called the Marlborough Downs, in Wiltshire, UK - lot's of gently undulating fields and not very many people at all.

Itβs a small world, I have photos of that very rainbow. I was at Caen Hill locks that day and took pictures of it reflecting in the canal. Iβll have to put one up.

that all depends on whether the storm was between you and me, or the further on from you... and as the storm was moving but kept the rainbow for ages, at what time we too the shots and... oh I don't think we'll ever work it out. The shot is still on my camera, I'll get it now.

Thank you - it is very peaceful up there. Gently glowing hills, generally very empty (at least for this area). I try and go every week in order to keep my sanity!
