Once again people, i usualy keep fan submissions to the other gallery but i couldn't help it with this one.-----------
Cielo in all his impressionist glory.
A follow up to my last painting, i'm really excited about this one. First time i've ever attempted an impressionist style of painting, and i can honestly say i enjoyed doing it.
I think i may continue with other characters in different styles of art.

I haven't a clue who Cielo is, but this is really cool. It's really light and uplifting, very airy. It reminds me of The Sound of Music.

After reading your comment, it is impossible to miss the energy in this painting. Being able to actually know what you want to transmit and figure out how to transmit it, from the painting style is remarkable.

You really should submit more art, tis wonderful to see what you draw/paint.
I really like this style, though it almost looks like it would take a lot of time. Most of your art looks like it would take a long time. Is it all done stroke by stroke? Or do you use premade brushes?
I can't really offer you any sort of criqitue, as this is my first look at a piece in this kinda style, and therefore I have no idea how it should look, or if this is perfect.
The only thing I might say is his shadow is kind of wonky. I don't think his legs would be quiet that thick in the shadow, but I could be wrong.
The way the clouds are gives the picture an overall more impressive feeling, even if their positioning is a bit unnatural. What are the chances the clouds would frame him like that? But I don't think that really matters, cause the painting wouldn't look near as good if the clouds were being normal.
And... He has weirdly awesome hair. xD The character in general, not just in the painting.
