Hi, This evening I took a walk around the towns skate pond and snuck up on this Hawk as it was looking for small birds in the bushes. This is the reaction I got when it turned around and spotted me standing on the trail right near it. I love it when they give you a shot of a surprised expression. Enjoy!Related content

Yeah I just love it when this happens! The hawk was so intent on watching the birds in the bushes that I could just walk up on it.It's head was hidden by it's body so it couldn't see me sneaking up on it.I got within 40 feet of it. I was lucky that the sun was still shinning through the trees to light him up.When it turned around.. it was like "holy sh## how'd you get there!
