From my fanfic, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 9: Stairway To Heaven . In a hypothetical timeline in which Pucci didn't rush to get the powers of the New Moon, he manages to achieve the Heaven Plan's true final form- Whole World. Allowing him to deal with a majority of heroes, but ultimately falling at the hands of Jolyne's evolved power, Iron Butterfly- which resulted in her being pregnant with the Destiny children after taking away the Green Baby from Whole World- one of which becomes the Holy Corpse of Steel Ball Run.

The song, He's Got The Whole World in His Hands, originated from a traditional African-American spiritual, first published in 1927 in the hymnal Spirituals Triumphant, Old and New in 1927. It became an international pop hit in 1957–58 in a recording by English singer Laurie London, before it eventually got its own covers in the years to come. The song is about God being control of all aspects of his creation and we should take comfort in his presence. From the birds in the air and the fish in the sea to "little bitsy babies" and grown-up gamblin' men, everything is in his hands. Different versions add more to God's grasp, including the sun and the moon, the land and the sea, and the wind and the rain. God's mighty rulership is mentioned throughout the Bible, including Job 12:10, which states: "In his hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of every human being." This ties into Enrico Pucci gaining the power of God essentially in his plan to reshape the universe.

Its form is a reference to both the a medieval bascinet helmet and the Horseman of Conquest from the Book of Revelation- due to Pucci being a knight templar of fanatic worship of his personal god. Its form is based on the fact that Made in Heaven with its half-centaur look felt like a rushed incomplete version of the intended form- which I feel like this is. Enrico, Pearla, and Wes are heavily implied to be descendants of Ozborn- from a Sicilian branch.

Speed: Infinite- Has perpetually increasing speed.
Range: Infinite- Has a universal scale range of effectiveness.
