This is an excellent cosplay! I have two comments on increasing accuracy:
1) For the bottom half of the dress, to increase poofiness, perhaps ruffle the tiers (without altering the petticoat) or increase the size of the petticoat (without changing the shape of the tiers, but possibly the size to accommodate the petticoat). In the second method, make the "petals" smaller and more frequent.
2) For the eyepatch, you can use fabric and spirit gum to adhere it to your face (unless you thought about that already then nvm haha)

Thanks so much for your feedback! I was planning on adding another petticoat to the dress to give more poofiness, hopefully it works XD And I tried using spirit gum, but I talked so much during the day the eyepatch kept falling off haha ^_^;
