Awesome one ! I absolutely love the colors!!! Looks like one of the two little fighters of your avatar played a bit too much with his sword and riped accidentally the space in two !

crap dude...ya already passed me up on makin nebs...sheesh!

nicely done as always
one lil tip for the next time you do one: try and see if ya can avoid the great amount on contrast white ya have goin onthere...over than that it looks perfect!

very cool color to use too

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nickmeister In reply to vissroid [2004-12-16 23:10:19 +0000 UTC]

XD!!!!!!! yeah imo the contrast was quite extreme lol i know what u mean, when i aded the rays the white kinda whent a bit over the top x) i have trouble with white heh

Thanks!!!!!!!!! XD!!!!!!

vissroid In reply to Nickmeister [2004-12-16 23:12:14 +0000 UTC]

Nickmeister In reply to vissroid [2004-12-16 23:35:16 +0000 UTC]

i just discovered the burn tool! lol this will come in handy in the future to help reduce white

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

vissroid In reply to Nickmeister [2004-12-17 01:00:22 +0000 UTC]

lol...by the way...looks even nicer now!!!

👍: 0 ⏩: 0

vissroid In reply to Nickmeister [2004-12-17 00:59:11 +0000 UTC]

LMAO!!!

yeah it can help sometimes...just watch it tho it does turn things black/or just really dark

I have a tip for ya...when your gonna make highlights or shadows(brush wise) use seprite layers...like when your gonna make highlights: make a layer fill it black then set it to linear doge(screen works too) and grab your dodge tool and set it to shadows...the start brushing...instant highlights! and if you mess up on a spot...just grab the brush tool(with it set to black) and brush over areas messed up(it'll erase it) and when your gonna make shadows make a layer and set it to multiply, fill it black and set the burn tool to highlights and you can make shadows without messing with the other layers and use the brush tool on white to erase...

Thats how I dow my highlights and shadows most of the time...but sometime doin the shadows and highlights on the clolred layer itself will become more useful

.::this has been vissroid "tip of the day!" signing oof::.

lmoa...hope that gives ya some more ideas to mess around with

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nickmeister In reply to vissroid [2004-12-17 05:46:09 +0000 UTC]

LOL!!!! thats EXACTLY how i was makin my highlights n evrything!! Minus the use of the burn/dodge tool! hehehe
