I'm the kind of person that secretly hopes for more emotional moments in games like this. XDEither way, it was still cute when Banjo finally found Tooty towards the end of their long adventure, this is just my own take on it.
First time with Tooty in a looooong while again. And I'm trying to keep this lineless style going and see how far I can push myself with it.

If Banjo and Kazooie die in the final battle against Gruntilda, I imagine Tooty will be crying.

Well, the original was meant to be Grunty final shot will actually hit Banjo and transform him into a frog, then you must play as Tooty to found a way to make Banjo normal again.

Hopefully when Banjo and Kazooie battle Gruntilda they'll be able to return home alive where Tooty, Bottles and Mumbo are waiting for them.

It's... it's so... so (eyes well up)... IT"S SO FREAKING BEAUTIFUL!!! (cries a river) I wish that happened so bad! Plus, I like Kazooie's expression. Really suits her.

Now see, if the game had actually included this kind of scene when you finally rescue Tooty, that would have made everything worth it. You could sit back, watch the happy reunion and actually be PROUD of yourself for seeing the game through to the end.
Instead, Tooty's just kind of a bratty half-pint throughout all of it and doesn't even really thank her brother at all for saving her. To top it off, she's never seen again after the first game, so that's all the impression you have of her as a character. And that really irritates me.
