Are you doing this traditionally on paper and then uploading, or do you try to do it the digital way?

well, i'm doing it completely traditionally since i don't have a tablet. I plan to get one eventually and start to learn digital art.
As of right now, i only have partial access to a scanner, so much of my uploads are just photos of my drawings and pages, while some are scanned pictures which i scanned at school or my friends scanned for me.

Ya same with me, I take a picture of a sketch with my phone and then I use my drawing program to make it look more solid, although I only got a mouse and keyboard at the moment so a bit time consuming, but still possible.

I can't really continue without constantly thinking how this reminds me of Soul Eater but I know it's not the same. The scythe reminds me of it and probably because ghoul rhymes with soul
but whatever to that, i srsly like the good effort displayed in your comic

Yeah, I was worried it was too similar...I'm considering changing the designs a bit. And of course I'm trying to make the story different. Perhaps the biggest influences for this particular comic are actually Soul Eater and Berserk.

Nothing wrong with influence but it could be mistaken for stealing ideas.

Yeah, the stealing ideas thing is what I'm worried about. Now I just need an in story explanation for some design changes...or not...
Also, Berserk is all kinds of crey crey...but, if you have the stomach for it, its a good read

the male ghoul hunter LOOKS EPIC LOL!! in terms of panels i think you may need to get more reference from manga and comic because the narrative panel looks pretty unnatural. Still, idea sounds awesome!!

it's crazy when two people have a similar idea without ever having seen each other's idea. I got all worried that it was too similar and thinking of how i could make it different.

no worries, I don't think we're doing the same genre (ours will have alot of romance and girls feelings and stuff...I'm not good drawing fighting scenes ^-^'), yours seems to have more wars and stuff (correct me if I'm wrong pleas
