I like it with black feathers.
It's just, I have no idea what colours to make them, for my made-up country. I think I might make them black, like this/a raven.

Great recreation of the archeopteryx, though I have to admit, I do like the inaccurate now defunct colorful versions as well.

Well, the study is based on a single feather that may or may not belong to Archaeopteryx. At most, it would indicate that some feathers were black, so a tally black archie is just one extrapolation...

The only thing wrong with this is that it doesn't really look like it's standing on the branch or log, the foot needs some work.
