- the format definitely affects who makes this - Magneton, Scolipede and Skuntank were three lucky pokemon who aren't close to top 100 for me. Raichu, Zekrom, and Metagross got screwed.
- shiny Rayquaza used because i strongly prefer it - the use of normals for everyone else doesn't mean preference, it just means it's not a blowout.
- sprites not kept in proportion - i decided i'd rather be able to see the little ones clearly and normalized everyone.
- i don't really 'dislike' gen #3 but it's clearly last place for me as a game. very good top 25-or-so pokemon, though.
- i fit Lugia in the box without resizing!
