"hola chica!" Antonio happily greeted you as he sat down at your lab table, Antonio was your lab partner in science.
"hey Toni!" you gave him a smile and a small wave "I told you I don't speak Spanish! I'm taking French!"
"well you should have picked Spanish mi amigo!" he exclaimed, your school only offered two languages, french and Spanish, you chose French, but looking back Spanish may have been a better choice. Then maybe you could understand your partner.
"so are you going to the football game Friday?" he curiously asked
"yea I have to, I play!" you replied smartly
"you play?" he asked raising an eyebrow
"yea!"
"football?" he asked confused
"no silly! The [instrument]!"
"ooh!!" he exclaimed getting it "you're in the band!"
"haha yea!" you giggled "I get to wear that sexy band uniform" you said with a wink, actually your band uniform was far from sexy, the pants were overalls, the jacket was basically a turtleneck and zipped in the back, you wore white gloves and the bucket-type hat, but you really did love the uniform. Antonio laughed just as the bell rang and class started.

It was Friday, and you were in the team room changing into your band uniform after field hockey practice with your fellow teammates who were in band and color guard. Your friend Cam complained about the color guard uniform and how she couldn't wait until next yer when she would play the Tuba. After Cam and you were dressed your mom picked you both up and dropped you off at the field. You ran inside and found the band trailer and got out your [instrument] the you went to chat with your friend Katelyn before you had to set up for the show before the game. After Katelyn made you feel uncomfortable, as per usual, you went to bug your "best friend" Ulysses, he sat next to you in the band room and you were pretty sure he hated you so you made it a point to bother him as much as possible. After a little while of bugging him Mr Fisher, the band director, called everyone to their spots, you went and stood in your spot next to Christian, the only other Freshman [instrument] player. You marched onto the field and did your show, which was music from wicked. After you we're done you went up into the stands and played songs during the game. You watched the game and chatted with your band friends and were overall having a great time. You saw Toni walk by a couple of times but didn't get to say anything unless you wanted to yell over the whole band, which you didn't wanna do. Soon enough it was halftime and everyone in the band stood up and watched the opposing team's band play before heading off to 3rd quarter break. At 3rd quarter break you got a [school mascot] bowl from the concession stand which included chicken mashed potatoes and corn. While eating you spotted Toni and skipped over to him.
"Hey Toni!!" You greeted excitedly munching on your food.
"Hola chica!!" He cheerfully greeted.
Lovino, who was with him grunted and walked away.
"Well guess I'm just a guy repellant" you stated remembering several other times this has happened to you.
"No you're not chica, I'm still here!" Toni said trying to cheer you up a bit.
"Yea" you said giggling and munching on your bowl. You both chatted for a while about the game and stuff, eventually you looked at the clock and realized 3rd quarter was almost over.
"Hey Toni I better be headed back to the bleachers soon" you said sadly.
"Okay" he sadly replied "hey um, [name]" he started nervously.
"Yea?" You asked curious.
"Are you, um, doing anything tomorrow?"
"Um no why?"
"Do you think ya wanna go out with me? Like on a date?"
"Yea!!" You said excitedly.
"I'll pick you up at 4" he said before he kissed your cheek. Your face burned up and you caught sight of the clock with only a minute left. You quickly sad good bye and ran back to the bleachers, excited for tomorrow.
