Before you ask, no, this is not my third mascot legendary. I will reveal that one soon, but this is yet another side-legendary. It's actually based off of the Thunder Bird from Native American mythology. I tried designing it after the stylized drawings of it I found, and stuck with blue as it's main color. It's the leader of Solaris and Lunocturne.

Dex: This Pokemon keeps watch over the entire Naveno region. It has two underlings during day and night, but Wakinya will step in if things become too intense. Wakinya are only seen by humans during times of regional emergency.
