Description
The Black Terror is one of over a thousand public domain characters. I think I'm gonna do all of them (or, more likely, die in the attempt).He's easily the coolest looking - and he's been revamped by many many creators. But the core of the character is public domain which means anyone can have a stab at a revamp. This is mine.
(BTW Though the character is public domain, this art is NOT - just so there's no confusion!)

Very awesome! I was wondering when we would start seeing some public domain characters. Im sure there will be a resurgence of them in the coming years/con seasons
