When I said I was going to dump DA2 fanart now I wasn't kidding!Drawn mostly to figure out how the heck Aveline's facial structure works. I find her model really gorgeous in an unconventional way (especially her dry witty smile *_*) but man is she tricky to draw!
My Astrid Hawke so would have gone for Aveline if she could have. Had to make do with Fenris, lol.

I found it quite interesting when you "Try" to romance her and she is just so completely oblivious that at the end of it all, if you choose to give up, Hawke just tells her to be happy and has the saddest smile on his/her face. Having you character involved in a romance is interesting. Having your character in a relationship of unrequited love, that takes some real effort.

Yeah, I was totally uninterested in Aveline until I played the game. Funny thing is that so far, I've been unable to get into definite friendship or rivalry - I keep ducking 5-10 points either way, even with my first White Hat playthrough where I was all virtuous and law-abiding.

I agree 100% about her in-game model; she's beautiful but not in a generic way, and I love it to death. I think you captured it quite nicely here. I love the strong jaw and cheekbones, and you still managed to make her look quite feminine. More Aveline love!
