There is rats and other scavengers there too. I woud assume theres alot to eat. Were i live there is lots of birds feeding all kinda human waist in dumps. Crows seagulls even ravens. Then that can be hunting ground for other predators like fox or hawks.

True... but they find their food so easily here... it feeds their pups too. I saw many foxes here.
