Description Started sketching Chris just to get some practice working on guy faces and ended up finishing one of the heads off into this piece which I had a blast working on. Hope you guys dig it!

He does look quite mature here, there is something a bit older about his face that I think does make him look a little tired. Like maybe he just got out from the mansion and it's been a long day. I do like the little bit of a smile on his face, just that little bit of optimism that gives him some character.


Outfit is looking pretty much perfect, definitely old school and I very much like the colours on it.

It came out a lot more realistic than it had looked as a sketch, I'd been using the original character design as a starting point and that's quite cartoony but my guys often seem to come out in the 'late 20s to late 30s' bracket so it veered into the Rebirthy area with a bit of Resi 5 too it seems so I ended up with a bit of every thing. I wanted him to be a bit happier than he looked in recent years that's for sure.

Oh was totally going old-school. None of this RE5 David Beckham goes Obstacle Course Racing outfit malarky xD. Am glad it worked!

Haha we'll see, working on a Resident Evil 1 playthrough in my downtime atm so lots of RE1 art atm

I see ! Thanks to people like you, I know a lot of games that I never played ! "The last of us" for example, I haven't the PS3, but I really want to play this game or know the story... So I watched it ^^
