Welcome to the 10th fight in the OC Boxing Tournament! Tonight, we have an exciting fight between two boxers who have fought eachother before, after their last fight ended in a draw, both fighters are eager to see who will come out on top!

Throughout history, many people have asked the question "Who would win in a fight between a small lion and a large wolf?" until tonight, those people have been rightfully ignored.
In the blue corner, hailing from Australia: "The Lioness" Georgia Blackburn!
She'll be facing off against her opponent in the red corner, hailing from Petopia, "The Wolfess" Shelby Shonizaki!

Round 1:
Both fighters grinned widely as they approached eachother and tapped gloves; having fought eachother before, both were already familiar with the other's fighting style, and were already planning how best to counter it. The match started with both fighters firing powerful jabs at eachother, each getting a feel of the other while chipping away at them.
Despite her small frame, Georgia knew how to make each punch count; Shelby knew this, feeling her body rock with the force of each impact for each blow that slipped through her defence. Using her reach advantage, Shelby was able to keep Georgia at bay with her jabs. She was tallying up her own combo of hits against the lioness while managing to avoid the majority of her attacks.
Despite her best efforts to stop her, Georgia slipped past her reach and pelted her chin with a powerful left uppercut, smacking her head back and making her stagger towards the ropes in shock. As she moved away, Georgia followed her, delivering a firm flurry of blows to her stomach, bruising her abs. By the end of the match, neither fighter had made much headway, but the display from Georgia had landed just enough hits against her opponent to win her the first point.

Round 2:
As they approached eachother a second time, Shelby knew that using her reach advantage would serve her well, allowing her to get several choice hits in before her opponent could get close. For the first half of the round, this was the case. Shelby was being a lot more careful this time around, and wasn't giving Georgia much opportunity to advance. As she peppered the Lioness with blow after blow to her head and chest, she managed to gradually force her back up against the ropes, giving her little room to move away and escape. The Lioness found herself having to keep her guard up to protect herself, absorbing harsh flurries of punches each time she tried to get close to her opponent.
As the two danced around eachother in the ring, Georgia began noticing something; Shelby had to keep firing punch after to punch in fast succession to keep her at bay...
While it had worked for her so far, leaving the Lioness with several bruises and a black eye, it meant she was leaving herself open. Georgia's own defence was strong, but being forced on the back foot like this wasn't going to earn her any points; if she could get close, she'd have to chance to to dish out some damage.
Feeling her frustration build up more and more, she threw caution to the wind and lunged forwards. She felt her teeth rattle in her skull as she absorbed a powerful hook from Shelby's right, but manage to fire a right-left combo into the undefended midsection of the wolfess at close quarters.
Shelby gasped in pain, the first shot hitting her in the liver, the second winding her stomach; reeling from surprise and pain, she buckled sideways and tried moving away. Just as she began to retreat, Georgia slammed a left hook to her head, making her lose her balance and stumble, collapsing onto the canvas.
She cursed herself for going down in the second round and was quick to get back on her feet, standing by the count of "3". Everyone in the stands knew that she'd fallen more because she was caught off-guard rather than because she was hurt, but the fact she got knocked down had earned Georgia another point.
Result of round 2 - Georgia wins

Both fighters went back to their corners, Shelby knew that the scores weren't looking good so far, but both fighters had yet to expend all their energy. Georgia was still reeling from the blow to head, and eye eye was starting to swell shut; Shelby already knew how to use it to her advantage. Come the third round, she was ready to redeem herself
