A drawing based on listening to "Life in a Glass House" by Radiohead: [link]Something classy, for a change.
Honestly, I like the way it came out.
I tend to keep it relatively close to show style, then add some personal features to it, such as my version of the magic aura.
If you look in the fire, you'll see Jesus. Because ponies.

I've always liked Rarity the most when it comes to the pony who is the prettiest. And he attitude is definatly shown here as well. She looks bored, trying to entertain herself. (I kind of want to write a story for this picture x'D)
All i can suggest for tips on this picture is a simple suggestion 83
Maybe if you made the room darker and made the light from the fire and the light from Rarity's horn the only light, the picture may look more realistic!

I have to admit, this is pretty darn good. I mean really! The background, the character designs, and everything else! I would like to know what program this person used to make this, because I want to use this in my future. I still can't remember why are they sisters. Over all performance, THIS EARNS FIVE STARS! Did this person did from memory, because that would be so darn awesome that if he/she did. Keep up the good work though. This looks so realistic in my opinion. I love that so much, I even hope for that they make an season three of it!

I use Paint Tool SAI for most of my art.
As to if I did this from memory, I'll have to say yes and no. The pose is completely new and was well worth the experiment. I did have to refer to some screenshots/vectors when drawing Rarity's mane and the chair. But everything else is from memory.
