Description These wonderfully beautiful birds can be found mostly from the Bahamas to the Everglades, where they are infrequent visitors.  This gorgeous chap's photo was taken at Homosassa Springs in Homosassa, Fl. All the wildlife present at the refuge is native to Florida with the exception of the 57 year old Hippopotamus.  A few hours well worth your time.
