I just wanted to express that this was incredibly well done, over all. The epic scenery, the unique and amazingly done beast beneath the elf, and the skill at keeping things in proportion and therefore perspective. I love the little details your creativity lets seep through. I can't wait to see it done and up on Pileus.

Yeah, I noticed that some of the odd fetishes get all the attention ... and nudes. Can't have a DD without a nude. Ah well, I do my best and hope that people like it

And you're right about the nudes .. best would be to draw some famous nudes. Even the crappiest fanart usually gets more views and attention than a well done original piece. Sad sad story :/
But yeah, you do your best and at least the true fans will appreciate your works

Sure .. you could do that .. but would this still be you? Okay, if you decided to switch subjects because YOU want it, this would be fine. But I wouldn't want you or anybody else to do this only because the mainstream wants it. Your art's fine the way it is. And if the kids don't understand it .. or can't appreciate something else but the millionth SuperDuperMange copy pic .. well, I think you get what I'm trying to say ..
But enough of this. I'll leave you to your certainly more important things now.

Great stuff - excellent details, but not so much that the piece looks crowded. The horse and rider fit together very well so it looks natural. Really nice.

Rendering the background was the most challenging part of this. Making it look realistic but still give it depth, and not be so overworked that you loose the character in the proccess ... it was quite the interesting challenge.

Thanks. I just couldn't bring myself to have a great war leader riding a skittish deer into battle, so I figured she'd have silver antlers made for her warhorse.

I drew this using 2H and HB graphite, after scanning, I decided not to adjust the brightness / contrast in photoshop ... made it look a bit muddy.

I'm nearly sick with happiness over the skillful manner in which you've depicted that handsome Clydesdale boy! Most people can't draw horses to save their lives, especially those who are so very skilled at drawing other things (such as your intricately done humans/humanoids and astonishing backgrounds.) For me, a lover of fantasy art in the first place, I'm only made more happy by someone who's skilled enough to get ALL the details down just right!

I love the landscape and the fleet (especialy the subtle reflection on the water of the near ships)! But although I like the antlers on the horse, they don't quite feel like they are atatched to his skull. The Elf is a little stiff, but cool! ^_^ Over all, verry nice! ^_^

Actually, the antlers aren't attached to it's skull. They're silver, held on by the bridle. And it's a good thing the "elf" looks stiff. She's the "Black Queen" ... I wanted her to have a perfect, non-approachable posture.
