Description
So I doodled this in class sometime last semester and colored it about a month ago. Not sure how I feel about all the black for the design up top, so tell me what you think about it. My family thinks it should be lighter, but my boyfriend likes it how it is. Opinions would be nice.
Also, all the drips and splatters were things that I created by making a mess on my kitchen counter with watercolor. (I am so lucky that stuff cleans up)
PS Named it after a yellowcard song that I've actually never listened to.

It looks nice with the black mostly for contrast (bright vs dark, messy vs clean). But for the content? I think you should experiment with the lighter colors, see whatcha think and all.
I'd say to try giving them a colored texture. Like a grey, blue, or purple.

I was thinking about doing blue, because I was naturally doing a gradient on the picture from pink to blue, but I'm still messing around with it. I'm trying to figure out what I like. I might update it later with the change if I find something I like. Thanks for the critique. I really appreciate it. ^^

I took a storyboarding class last semester and that's the closest to animation that I've gotten so far. I hope to take an animation class in the future, but I'm not signed up for one yet.
