Anyone who's watched the indigo league season (S01) has probably seen the episode where we get into James' past, amirite? Well, I recently rewatched the episode and I just couldn't resist drawing certain scenes out of it. XD
This being the first one, young!James & Growlie <3
(Gotta love the moment where older!James tells everyone how he died on a winter's night and everyone's crying out of pity until Misty points out how he's lying because he's right there. XD I lol'd so much, ahaha.)

James always has the saddest pokemon scenes.
His narration on this part made it even sadder, even though he was lying about dying...Then everyone cried and said they missed him, including Ash...even though he was standing right there. That just proves the power of James' powerful narration XD.
