Please, tell me I'm not the only one to come up with this idea... XDCalvin sure looks happy about his new keyblade.
(About the color, it's supposed to look sort of like white gold. Not sure if that worked out, but I still like it.)
While working on this, I totally forgot about the keychain, so I had to rush it once all the rest was done.
I'm planning to do Hobbes and Susie as well. We'll see how that works out in time.
Calvin and Hobbes belongs to Bill Watterson.
Kingdom Hearts belongs to SquareEnix and Disney.

Good job at adapting the Kingdom Hearts clothing style of bright colors and huge zippers pockets to Calvin's simple design. But I can't help but think that Calvin would be giving his heart to darkness and trying to take over the different Disney worlds after about an hour of gameplay. ^_^
Maybe you could try C&H themed keyblades next. A tiger-themed keyblade, or a Spaceman Spiff keyblade...

Yeah, I read that fic too. 'Calvin and Hobbes in Kingdom Hearts'.
Inspired me to do my own take on this, only with Calvin as Donald, Hobbes as Goofy...and Invader Zim as Sora.
Gotta love crossover fanfiction.

No, you're NOT the first one to come up with the idea. I read a fanfic on the Calvin replacing Sora's role in the first KH1 game, Hobbes replacing Goofy, and Ozy (from Ozy and Millie) replacing Donald, and Susie replacing Kairi. XDDD
Also, after reading said fanfic, I tried drawing Calvin and Hobbes in Kingdom Hearts-styled outfits, which is REALLY hard, considering that there's all the belts and zippers to put on. >.< This is actually very cool.

Ozy as Donald, huh? That's an interesting spin.
I didn't have much problems with the outfit, but then again, I went for a somewhat simplistic look, as you can see. I find C&H to be a rewarding style to immitate because of Watterson's general lack of perspective, actually.
