It was the first anniversary of Daniel Kyre's death last week. I've been working on this tribute for a long time but thinking about Daniel kept tugging at my heartstrings. I wanted to commemorate his life with a piece that evoked melancholy and longing while keeping a positive "everything's going to be alright" vibe. Daniel's family, friends and all his fans still love and miss him now and we wil continue to do so for as long as we shall live. But we will do our best to remember him for who he was and how he impacted the lives of millions of people for the better. He may be gone but he's still very present in our thoughts and hearts.
Mark, Jack, Matt, Ryan and Daniel met in that special day to vow for their friendship. Nothing can set them apart, not even death. Daniel watches over them now and they know everything's going to be alright.
My thoughts are with Daniel's family and friends.

But seriously, this is an awesome piece, and not only is the art outstanding as usual, but it's meaning is bringing me to tears as I type this.
