Just make it a threesome, then you won't have to choose. Personally, I think Sherlock is asexual and most likely aromantic as well so I don't really ship with anyone, at least not sexually. If anything, I think he'd have kind of a queer platonic relationship with John and Mary. Mary is really awesome and I love how Sherlock has grown to love Mary, even after what she did to him. He even helps fix John and Mary's marriage, showing how much he wants them to stay together and Mary to be remain in his life. I really hope Mary becomes an important part of the series, even following Sherlock and John on their cases.
