And also: Happy Halloween 2023 Everybody!

For this year's Halloween Art I wanted to make peace with Dragon Ball Super by honoring the character who gained my heart since the Battle of Gods movie: Beerus. I just like that guy. I think if he had know mexican cuisine he would have forgiven Earth as well. Here he is holding an elote (corn) in one hand and on his other hand he is holding a pan de muerto (traditional bread for the day of the dead). In the background the cempasúchil (mexican flower of the death).

Beerus represents the mexican prehispanic god Mictlantecuhtli, Lord of the Underworld

Para el Arte de Halloween de este año quería hacer las paces con Dragon Ball Super honrando al personaje que se ganó mi corazón desde la película La Batalla de los Dioses: Beerus. Simplemente me cae bien ese wey. Creo que si él hubiera conocido la cocina mexicana también habría perdonado a la Tierra. Aquí sostiene un elote (maíz) en una mano y en la otra mano sostiene un pan de muerto (pan tradicional para el día de muertos). Al fondo el cempasúchil (flor mexicana de la muerte).

Beerus representa al dios prehispánico mexicano Mictlantecuhtli, Señor del Inframundo.
