Description
A shot I took on my girlfriends bed while playing around with the camera. The idea was to get one good photo without having to get up as I lazed around. Self-portraits didn't work out and the bear was only a foot away

Pretty damn good. love the whole composition. Would have preferred it if the bear was completely in focus. But still good.

I love how relaxed the bear looks. I love the colour and the texutre of the bear. He looks so soft and cuddly. Good job. I like the perspective. Having the camera below the bear's face makes him look big, and significant .

Yeah, it was suprising how much more realistic it looked taking the shot from a lower angle. Looked a lot more alive.

Mmmm..first of all..I LOVE black and white photos....if I haven't ever mentioned that to you before.
Second, the contrast is unbelievebly beautiful
Third, this is an inspiration for me, since I'm in a black and white photo class

NO! Don't give in to peer pressure! (lol) I mean, if you want to do color, than obviously go ahead and do it, but if you like black and white, stick to it. You're an artist. That means sticking to your own style and likings. That's what makes it YOUR art, and YOUR distinct style. Anyways, have fun.

woo loving the lights and darks in this, that nice L composition and the bright lighting coming from between the angle... like how texture of the bear combines both shadows and lighting that the bear seperated..
