There is our Henry with ho way out. There is a real loneliness about this image I hope that he is nice and warm with all the cold and snow falling down. A part of me would like to be there with him but I would not want to get stuck in the globe too

I think of all the illustrations I did for the story, this is my personal favourite. It's a strange mixture of something beautiful and sad. And yes, there's a real loneliness about this image. It's quite eerie too.Β

I'm not sure I have the patience to do longer animations. As you know, even putting a gif together takes a lot of time. Having said that, the story I wrote for the Japanese newspaper would probably make great animation. I enjoyed the writing process and had fun making the illustrations, but I think I would find working on a long animation very difficult. Β
