a hawk was the last thing I thought I would get today, this is a red tail hawk, they're the most common bird of prey in my area. There was not only one but two keeping a lookout on two building, most likely looking for the perfect starling to hunt. I've seen these guy easily snag one from a swarm of them <33

this isn't particularly the best photo in the world, but it's the first wild bird of prey I've ever gotten on camera, might as well post it on my main account
