They are cute animals but bloody pain in the butts when I drive down mountains >p
They seem to run out onto the road when there is a lot of traffic.

Aww, he's cute! I love wombats. My friend's cousin lives in Australia, but she became an international student and went to America. She was able to convince her homeroom class that wombats are just bats that lost their wings and attack people from trees.

I've got a friend who works at a wildlife park, so she let me hang out in the enclosure with them.

Here's some Wombats facts for you Rose:
Wombats can run at 35km per hr for around 150m (that'd be 16mph for you)
Wombats can just about 1.5m high
and
Wombats can be grumpy and aggressive little bastards (mostly it's the males who get the grumpiest)
My friend had her knee ripped open by one !!!
