Description One of my first Illustrations for Warlord CCG now owned by Phoenix Interactive.

I did a handful of illustrations for the Shattered Empires expansion set now before December 2008.

As are with these types of illustrations, the printed images are much smaller than what is seen here, often only a couple of inches each way on the gamecards.

Its good to see that Doc Hopper from the Muppet Movie is still able to make a living. A lot of people think that he was a flash in the pan, but this shows how he stays true to his colors!

(No gloves on a hand holding a poison frog is o_O )

How do you make your art look like oil paintings? I can never figure that out. D;

Uhm...alot of people prefer to make the grayscale image and colors on separate layers. I usually paint everything straight ahead combining both in a single layer, using the smudge tool. So it depends on the type of brush You're using (round brushes most of the time) and the strenght You're smudging it with.

I do tend to favor the smudge tool in photoshop though... *pokes the small rocks with feet*
