History:
Velocity was once very popular in her village. A spunky little skiddo with a competitive streak, her best friend was Billy the mudkip. The two would play with the other village children out in the mountains, inventing games and contests… until one day they wandered too close to a leyline. Don’t play in leylines kids. The results aren’t always pretty.

A surge of forced, magical evolution mutated Velocity into a monsterous rolycoly fusion and just like that her friendships dissolved. She was an outcast, pitied at best and feared/ridiculed at worst… except by Billy. He stayed by her side through it all, until the two were old enough to leave their village behind and take up a nomadic lifestyle. They traveled for a while, mostly keeping to themselves (any stops they made in villages to resupply quickly reminded them WHY they had chosen a solitary lifestyle).

Eventually the two settled in the Lexin Desert and, sick of constantly being judged and pushed aside by society, joined the Wayfarers to fight back.

Personality:
Velocity has become quite shy after fusing. It's hard not to given how others react to her appearance (such as her lack of a face... or a head. Or a real chest cavity). She's gotten better at ignoring the initial shock or odd stares, but they still get to her. She prefers to just attract as little attention as possible. She's stoic largely keeps to herself or Billy for company, often refusing to acknowledge anyone else (whether this is intentionally disregarding them or just being too awkward to really interact with others anymore is debatable).

She is still rather opinionated and will often rev or grunt sarcastically when she thinks only Billy can hear. He's pretty good at picking up on the general tone/meaning, but sometimes misses his mark, much to her frustration. Luckily the skiddo line have vines, and although she has lost a lot of dexterity, she can hold short written conversations with Billy when the two are alone.

Other:

   - Rolycoly is 1'/0.3m, and gogoat is about 6'/2m. Velocity herself is about 3'/1m, while her friend Billy Rose is about 2'6"/0.76m.

   - Velocity lost the ability to speak after her accident/fusion, but she can rev!

   - She has no neck, and to look around she has to turn her entire torso (which usually includes her wheel unless she's stretched out)

   - Her range of vision is very narrow, so she relies on Billy to monitor their surroundings and correct her course with subtle tugs on her horns.

Trivia:

   - Velocity's upper body is folded snugly over the wheel, but it can unfold when she stands upright as seen in these early sketches . The leaves no longer cover her chest in her new design... she doesn't really have a chest now.

   - She was also nearly just a normal rolycoly . I thought the gogoat horns would make awesome handlebars, but it took me a lot of effort to figure out how to make a mountain goat bike that I liked.
