They didn't call them "Cutie Marks" until G3, back in the old days they were called symbols!

I remembered that too while I went back in memory lane in another MLP wiki while reading G1 ponies.

Something to consider. The bottom most whistle on Wind Whistler's cutie mark is pink the top most one is blue.

Not according to all the screen shots I have of Wind Whistler from the show. If you look at the toys, it appears like all the whistles should be a dark pink. So there is some inconsistency there anyway.
So I just stick to what I see on the show. That's mainly what I envision being crossed over with the FIM universe.

The So Soft version of Wind Whistler has all dark pink whistles because they show up through the flocking better. The Non So Soft version of Wind Whistler sold in the UK and Europe as part of the "Movie Star" set is show accurate and the whistles are blue, pink, blue, pink, pink in descending order. (I managed to get both at the MLP Fair this year.) But I do remember the show going pink, pink, blue, pink, blue for much of the time for some reason. Eh, whatever.
