Description Sooooooo...... This is one of my favorite impulse buys I'm not gonna lie.

I was looking in the clearance rack and found some brush, ink, pen, things. Anyway it was a really good deal so I got them. I was swatching the colors and generally figuring out what these things could do and I came up with the idea to draw this space/whale/robot/spaceship/thing. 

This isn't the kind of thing I usually draw but it was really fun to experiment with something new and I'm super happy with how it turned out.

This kind of impulse buys is often a great gateway to discovering interesting mediums and techniques. (I'm generally not a fan of impulse buying but this is the one exception of the rule that I indulge ) It came out really cool, the colors are so vibrant and can I just say that I absolutely adore the space shark creature's design. It's such a fresh idea indeed, could make for a good pokemon design but also for an actual fantasy animal. It's nice to see you experimenting like this

I looooooove designing fantasy animals and the like. Designing my own set of pokemon like creatures sounds like a lot of fun, but I think I'd need a specific project for them before I'd allow myself to fall into that sort of a rabbit hole...
