Aerosol on canvas, 50.8 x 76.2cmOne half of a diptych I just finished for a show, which opened on Friday.
The majority of this is three layers (which is what I usually stick to, as I prefer a simpler look, and I'm not really into that 'my stencil has more layers than yours' thing), but the face ended up being 5, cause it just wasn't working with three.

Thanks. Do you mean THE Melb. stencil festival specifically, or exhibitions generally? There's just a really massive scene here...and lots of talented people who keep on producing great work and inspiring each other. Though truth be told, the scene is not blowing up here the way it was around 2003.

They are faced opposing each other. I wasn't sure whether I should post the pic of both together. Probably would have been a good idea.....
