Wanted to do a full portrait pic of Darryl Hoss and his ute. Throwing in a bunch of fun details with the things he likes and does!

This is nuts. It's hard to believe that some parts of this aren't either 3D work or photographic.
Also, you just know that the rear window of that ute has a Ned Kelly 'Such is Life' decal or somesuch.

I love how all out you go sometimes when it comes to every corner of the composition being covered in chock full of detail.Β Crazy how you manage to literally fill all the different areas with such amazing realism that it goes without saying your dedication is kicking in high gear on all four cylinders.Β
This character certainly looks like he's not in the mood for fooling around. Β Either way it would seem he's either waiting to give someone a ride for a pickup or he's meeting up with the viewer for an exchange of some sort, like a "You got the goods?

I have been hankering to do this pic for sometime now, so all of these ideas started piling up over the months, building up to the first brush stroke :]
He's just having a break from spinning for a bit, before going back for more haha. No dodgy deals or anything, just having fun with high torque and rubber.
