I have such a fictional crush on Bartimaeus. Forget the fact that he's a powerful spirit with no true physical form. He still makes my life. It doesn't help that his preferred guise in The Ring of Solomon is this sexy specimen. GOSH.The book is fantastic so far. I'm only halfway through, so no spoilers, please! I just had to draw Barty.

Man every single one of Bartimaeus' forms in RoS is described as ~*BEAUTIFUL~*. Ptolemy must have been seriously pretty for Bartimaeus consent to wearing his form forever and ever, time-defying bond of extreme trust or no.
