Just curious, I saw ages ago that Nexos was making concept art for bonemold as well, it looked really bad and not at all representative of the original design. Is this one still being used for the final armor?

I have no idea, because of certain issues I don't really work on Skywind anymore. Whether any of my (non realised yet, what's done in 3D is unlikely to be altered) concepts get used is up to Nexos and the community.

Man that really sucks. Honestly I think Nexos really has no idea what he's doing. While good, his concepts fail to convey the aesthetic and feeling of Morrowind.

Well, he was right about the regular bonemold, I was out of ideas with that one and it did need to be redesigned. I'd definetly design it differently now than I did back then.

Awesome. But I'm more of a Redoran fan. Something about how their armor fits and how their order holds up that I enjoy. I played as Hlaalu first off, and didn't like their cutthroat attitude and how they would sneak around others, so I changed to a new profile.

I quite like this! Personally, I think it should be a little more yellow to match the colour of bonemold in the third and fifth games, but i guess thats up to whoever ends up texturing the model based on this

Heheh, I made it more like the Morrowind bonemold, since that's what I was recreating, and making it too yellow wouldn't play well with the yellow cloth parts colour - wise.

Love it! I think it's awesome how you captured the Morrowindy feel to it but its also reminiscent of the Dragonbone armor from Skyrim, I can't wait for this mod to finish up!

Heh, an initial concept of Gah Julan is farther back in my gallery, though that one, if made, will probably be for higher ranking manor guards rather than regular city watch.
