Description The final concept of all the armours put together. I upload it in full size, some of the armours also have been tweaked slightly to work together better.

From left to right: Order of the Doctrine, Order of the Inquisition, Order of the War, Order of the Watch.

Their masks bear the names of: Face of Wisdom, Face of Judgement, Face of Fury and Face of Vigilance.

The order of the watch is actually being worked on right now and should be in the game very soon

I love how in each everything comes together -from the attire to the object in hand to the demeanor and the facial expression- to exemplify the duty of the Ordinator. Excellent!!!

The one with the mace will try to kill the other three for their lack of mace shows them to be imposters who have insulted him by wearing House Indoril's traditional armor.

This will be a lot of work to get right, I hope modellers will handle it

Edarneor In reply to Swietopelk [2014-06-01 20:30:47 +0000 UTC]

I hope too! Well at least on picture it stays very true to the spirit of Morrowind!
Oh by the way, how much is done already?

Swietopelk In reply to Edarneor [2014-06-01 21:03:51 +0000 UTC]

This one is held back until one of our modellers who wants (and is able) to do it gets back from vacation, so nobody started on it yet. We don't want to rush it too much

Ah, I see thanks.
But I meant, how much of the entire mod?

Swietopelk In reply to Edarneor [2014-06-02 21:51:00 +0000 UTC]

Really hard to say. With every new thing we do, there's a new idea for even more improvement There's a lot to be done yet. 3D modelling department is chugging away at full speed to produce props for clutterers and landscapers, but obviously it will take some time for the latter ones to put it in the game. At the same time the voice actors are recording new lines, composers are making new music... But we're still far away from being done, vanilla Morrowind even without the improvements had tons of content.

Guidrion [2014-04-18 13:59:42 +0000 UTC]

This is truly a marvelous work. I love the subtelty and the sobriety of the design. Especially with the expressions of the masks. The order of doctrine and the watch are my favorite. Just by watching them, I can picture various scenes of life in Vivec.

The only choice that feels a bit strange is the... axe? of the order of inquisition. I don't know how to put it but it feels a bit out of place. But that's a very small detail.

It's a staff actually, shaped to look like the Daedric "I". I had a hard time finding a right shape, and the one I stuck with might still not be the one. We'll see about that

Oh wow, this side by side is even more amazing, it helps me pick a favorite...

You might not hear this that much, but I like the Order of Doctrine. I'm a costumer, admittedly I've never done fantasy, but that has me in awe. I want to try to assemble all those beautiful details. The armor, the stole, the fabrics... It's just visually stunning.Β

I'm glad you made this series! I'm personally less of a designer, more of a builder, and casual at that. This would be the hardest thing I ever tried, but with your permission I'd like to take this on as a project. With my tiny salary and university studies, it'll probably take forever to finish, but I've got to try.Β

Very nice variety! My favorite? The Order of the Inquisition. He's got something of a toned-down look. Hair cut back, darker colors, no flaring shoulder pauldrons...but it works and I love it.

Swietopelk In reply to Imperiused [2014-04-17 02:23:04 +0000 UTC]

Now that's interesting, I thought the laid back shady look I gave them would be the least favourite, and yet people seem to really like that one
