This is Eevee as a Ghost type evolution! Whoo. The Ghost. So elusive. So purple. I just wanted a purple Eevee. Whoo. Phanteon! You can get one by making your Eevee faint too much or something.Pokedex?:
Its body is insubstantial. Only its mask can effect the physical plain. It can phase through walls if it concentrates.

Yea, they need to make a few more of these... I mean really, there aren't that many options with Ghosts even though there's about 500 Pokemon right now. I never understood why.

Thanks! I just don't understand why Pokemon seems dead set on not making decent type bases. Like Ghost type. There are barely any who can stand on their own besides Gengar (for all intensive purposes). Why I wonder?

I used to want a party of nothing but eevelutions when espeon and umbreon first came out, but then I couldn't use fly. XD

Eh, I just put my HMs on 'throw away' Pokemon most of the time. Waterfall and some of the newer ones are pretty decent moves though I have to admit. I'm at the Elite Four in Pokemon Leaf Green with a Lv.5 Farfetch'd in my party for that reason though.

No, every pokemon in my party has to have a use. I usually put fly on a Butterfry and use him against psychic types. It's totally awesome because they have psychic attacks but aren't weak to psychic themselves. ^^

LOL, yea. Butterfree is in my main party. Butterfree's my favorite Pokemon! The move set I have on mine (in Platinum) is:
Psychic
Energy Ball
Bug Buzz
Sleep Powder
-With Compound Eyes. My Butterfree rips it up! So awesome. I bred it myself. It's the first perfect I made with EV training in Speed and Special Attack. I lurves it so much.

Well, you can only have so many Pokemon programmed into one game. You can also only have so many designers. I still never understood why they never gave Eevee a normal evolution due to level though.

Which only brings forward a bug pokemon evolution to balance out the dark/psychic/ghost evolutions.
It evolves into a raging, chitinous freak of nature. Mottled fur patches cover it's remaining meaty sections, the rest is armoured carapce. It's long spindly legs move at speeds that create sounds of crying, causing fear in those that battle it.
