Yep, you knew I'd have to DRAW Puzzle eventually!Her story is here, if you care:

This is the filly herself, with the cutie-mark she eventually gains. As a Black & White artist, that means in general I couldn't color her in, so I settled for heavy shading for that dark indigo mane I described for her.

Lessons Learned - For as simple a design as the show uses, it's surprisingly hard to mimic with traditional media. I'll have to practice more at it, but I think she's passible looking here.

What strikes me is that you went with a shockingly well written G rated fanfiction, when I'm so used to seeing such super mega awsome hot bondage/anthro art from you. If it was an experiment as a whole, it's most certainly one worth repeating! Unless at some point you too will jump on the bandwagon and anthroize the stars in your own style that I've grown to admire and love. This was a great showing to me how talented you truely are; able to write just as well as you can draw. Bravo, Polecat!

You already know I don't hunt around for people to do that. If you want to take a stab at it, have at it. I'm not sure you could, honestly, get the colors as I described them in the story.

Well, isn't she just a sweet little creature? X3 My first Pony OCs weren't quite so innocent. I just have a fondness for Villains, like my wicked little Dreamsorrow.
Anyway, the design is simple, yet elegant. Nothing too fancy like what a lot of others do with their Pony OCs, which is a good thing, in my opinion. So few make Earth Pony characters (Myself included). I'm quite fond of the Cutie mark. Creative! I would say that this is an excellent first go at a G4 Pony. <3

Thank you. I appreciate the feedback. In all honestly I designed her based on the associated story I wrote (A rare thing for me, being an artist, not a writer), but I tried to keep it as close as I could to the idea I had in mind. I'll definately have to practice tho, as I overextended the body from the versions they're using in FIM.
