"Head of security?" Shannon asks Anita in surprise; "I, I didn't know." she stammers in embarrassment. Sticking out her hand; "It's a pleasure to meet you."
"Uh, let's shake some other time." Anita suggests with a grin as she holds her sidearm up for Shannon to see.
"Ok." Shannon agrees meekly.
"If you happen to see a Japanese man with a sword, his names Tatsuo." Anita informs her; "He's also security, so don't freak out."
"Um, I'll try not to." Shannon says, her words sounding more like a question.
Glancing at Freddy; "I'll leave you two alone now." Anita assures them as she walks away, her bearing apparent to Shannon now that she's noticed Anita's military tattoo's.
Severely embarrassed; "I'm so sorry, I was way out of line wasn't I?" Shannon admits to Freddy.
Grinning at her; "Actually, it was kinda cool." Freddy assures her.
"Cool?" Shannon repeats in surprise.
With a defeated shrug; "My wife liked to walk around our house naked, or at least topless; and she encouraged all her friends and female guests to do the same." Freddy informs her; "Nothing ever happened, and I admit it was kinda like being Hugh Hefner. But she didn't really care. I could be chatting and drinking with some skinny young thing who was totally naked and my wife would walk in and not even give me a second glance."
"Oook." Shannon says slowly, not sure where Freddy's going with this.
"What I'm trying to say is that it's kinda nice having someone actually care about who I'm talking too." Freddy says; "I guess I didn't realize how nice that is. Having someone be at least a little jealous about you."
