It's an ok joke but most of the writing in the past Sonic games is total ass. It saddens me that this cringe-worthy edge is what we've all come to expect from Sonic nowadays.

yeah, this line was a nice comeback but the writing for the whole game is garbage
sonic lost word and sonic generations had bad writing too, but it felt like they knew it was dumb and went with it

well yeah of course I respect your diffrent opinion but I reeeeally don't see it,
read the IDW comics that is almost set up like sonic forces but has a much better writing with sonic interacting with his friends and everyone being a great team and useful friends and you'll see what I mean
