Description
The Spotlighters are the Solarian's team, pretty much. I'm not happy with yellow boy's design, but there really isn't a good option for him.

Anyway, these are the Solarian, Emerald Flash, and the Fin, who operate as three of the six members of a team called the Spotlighters, in an alternate version of the world of Idyllville that's been retconned by a cosmic being to include the Sunbearers and follow up on the Idyllville Idols, instead of letting them fade into nonexistence.

The Solarian, as we've covered here, is given the mantle of the Sunbearer legacy to control elemental transmutation on the scale of particle physics, and uses it mostly for blasts of transmutagenic radiation, flight, and gravity manipulation.

Emerald Flash uses green lucidite to control the green spectrum of light, emitting bright blasts, becoming invisible, and even travelling at the speed of light (or faster!) when necessary.

The Fin is an aquatic elemental who's just really good at swimming and definitely isn't a fish-boy at all. For sure. (He was supposed to be one of the central seven members of my earlier developmental drafts for the Idols, but — like Nightingale and Haunter — he didn't mesh with the feelings I ended up wanting for the team, so I cut him out of canon and he hasn't really found a place since then. So, why not? This is as good a place as any.)

The other members of the team are harder to depict, so they're not here; but maybe sometime, they'll be revealed.
