I had tons of fun making this. I've never made an emoticon before so starting from scratch was interesting! I read loads and loads of tutorials on it (so I won't spam the long list, but thanks everyone who ever wrote an emoticon tutorial).

The animation will repeat, but I didn't want to make it too frequent. And I thought about submitting all the color options I was looking through, but I'll hold off on the spam.
