Crit what? I only have praise for the accomplished artwork on display in this page. With accurate and expressive characters, this would be one of the better Archie issues. Do you have a link to the comic itself?

Yeah, especially digitally. I noticed that a lot of companies simply don't do bubbles by hand anymore.

Hired on? You mean they got snatched up in the comic biz? Lucky them. Still, I'd be happy to see what pages you have inked. You could easily add the speech bubbles yourself.

Saw some Sonic icon on Priscilla's facebook page and it eventually led me here... wow, glad it did. Awesome stuff.
You really should work for Archie. The images and the inking are flawless, except for the line weight thing Kiriska mentioned.
My god... I want a Cintiq so badly now.

Art to lines are straight lines that extend outside the field of view *Which I'm guessing is the dotted line* they're meant to guide colourists so that they don't paint beyond a fixed surface area.
This one of Homer and Mr. Burns has one I believe, it's the red line drawn across the bottom.

No. Comics and animation are two different games. I should know, I've dabbled in both of them.
Inside the dotted line is just the safe zone. Whatever goes outside of it just gets risk of being cropped out of the picture all together during print. So, you extend your lines more just in case.
I don't see why the line is important in animation anymore? I could understand back in the day it was important not to waste paint, but everything is digital now. They'd just have another layer over it to hide the mess.

The only issues I see are that in the character outlines, they get really thick in some places and really thin in others. I see it most in the statue and the leg in the foreground in the last panel, but in some parts of Bunnie, too. A little variation helps, but if it isn't too consistent it ruins the illusion of depth.
Otherwise this is very nice! I could see you doing inks for professional comics.

Woah. I want a Wacom.
I need a Wacom!
(But I can't afford a Cintiq, the only one with it's own screen. And picking out what to invest in is...tricky.)
I'll agree with other comments on the inking; the mystery leg in the foreground ought to be thicker than the background.
Of course, you might have already touched it up since that comment was last made; I'm not sure. The foreground lines do look a bit darker to me, at least.

Ahhhh, so clean! Your inks are lovely! Only thing I would suggest is putting more line weight in things, especially figures in the extreme foreground, like whoever's in the last panel!

I think you are correct about the mystery leg actually. The lines look a lot thicker up close than when you compress the file down to a smaller pixel size. Eye trickery! @_@
